Long description for slide: Sharing Web content

The simplified image has three columns:

  1. visual, audio and tactile processing
  2. image, text, video, and audio content
  3. arrows with black boxes describing needed transformations or equivalent alternatives between processing and content

Transformations that have a lot of opportunities for research are marked with black boxes. They go from audio content to visual processing, from video and image content to audio processing, and from audio, video and image content to tactile processing. Currently alternative equivalents are used for these transformations but there is also research to help automate some transformations.

Note: Cognitive processing is missing from this image to keep it simple. It would add next step of challenging transformations and research opportunities. Also the processing components could be divided into several subtypes to highlight more restrictions.
